The Annual meeting was held on Wednesday, April 11, 2018 at Cassidy’s Restaurant in Hinckley, MN. At the meeting, four board members were elected to serve a three year term. Congratulations to George Gimpl, Glenn Lood, Peter Ripka and Darlene Smith. The Board also approved patronage distribution of 3.2%, 50% paid in cash and 50% in equity. This distribution will be paid by the first of May, 2018. Thanks to all the patrons that attended and to all the patrons for your continued support.
