Federated’s 2018 Discovery Plot Tours wrapped up under mostly blue skies and a nice turnout of growers. Thank you to the nine host farms: Craig Mold Farm, Nate Nelson Farm, Larry & Sharon Wilhelm Farm, Doug Lezer Farm, Steffen Farms, Lenneman Farm, Paul & Janet Bostrom Farm, and Craig, Janet & Neil Gustafson Farm. Your cooperation with Federated plot programs is very much appreciated.

And to the growers who took time to attend the events, another hearty thank you! The plot tours are designed to provide growers with local and relevant crop information. One grower said he learned about Army worms for the first time at the Isanti tour. Another said he was glad to learn more about hybrids and varieties that will perform well in his specific geography.

The tours also included information on the new Liberty® Round Up® soybean double stack that will be available in 2019 from Legend® Seed. If you missed the tours, or if you have questions after attending, your Federated Agronomist will gladly fill you in and help find answers.
