Co-op and Careers

Build Your Future

We are a unified team at Federated Co-ops. Regardless of whether you deliver propane to a customer or help one of our farmers determine the optimum crop protection, we work together, across job roles and division to care for and support our customers. We call this the Power of One, and it’s an important part of our culture and our greatest strength.

Agronomy Careers

Operating out of six locations, our agronomy division is always looking for additional team members who have agriculture experience.

You may start your Agronomy career as an Agronomy Intern, Agronomist or Agronomy Sales Representative, helping our patrons utilize seed, fertilizer, and crop protection, plus the custom application services needed to maximize returns.

You may also begin with Federated as a Full-time or Seasonal Agronomy Team Member, operating and maintaining large, modern application equipment and supporting product delivery as a CDL Driver.

Energy - Propane and Fuel Careers

Energy Division employees deliver critical energy products to the homes and businesses of our patrons out of 19 locations in Minnesota and Wisconsin.

You may start your career as a Customer Service Representative, taking orders, scheduling service work, billing and answering customer service questions.

Our Propane and Bulk Fuel Delivery Drivers ensure our patrons receive their much needed energy products, delivered safely and on time.

Retail Careers

You can build experience working with our patrons at the counter of one of our Convenience Stores, apply your knowledge selling power equipment or feed out of one of our Country Stores, or you may help a customer select lumber at our Building Center. If pets are your passion, maybe consider starting your career helping customers select the right pet food and supplies at one of our country stores or the Animal House Pet Store.
